Le punte sono ottime, leggere, molto maneggevoli, lisce, non presentano nessun tipo di "scalino" sulla cima (era il mio dubbio nel vedere lo stacco di colore) perché l'intera punta è costituita da un unico materiale e solo dipinta (probabilmente la scelta di non dipingere la punta sulla cima dipende dal fatto che usandole, si toccano continuamente proprio in cima e c'era il rischio di rovinare la verniciatura). Sono molto scorrevoli, l'impressione è che siano un po' meno scorrevoli delle punte "zing". Unico difetto, la mancanza del numero relativo alla misura sul ferro stesso, si ha la necessità di un misuratore o bisogna stare bene attenti a riporre le punte nel proprio contenitore. Comunque ne consiglio senz'altro l'acquisto.

Much better than my original trendz plasic one which broke (to be fair I has knitting brioche stitch poncho in aran wool so it was pretty heavy for the size of needle I was using) The metal ones are rather slippery so I've managed to lose stitches of the end several times when sliding them round the loop also quite sharp so getting sore fingers

Smooth needles, just wish KnitPro would find a way to stamp size on needle.

I have been knitting forever amd have always liked to use 25 or 30cm needles. Have tried bamboo and knit pro needles but always went back to metal ones. Lately been knitting aran jumpers for my sons so thought I would try circular needles. Couldn't believe how much easier it was to knit with them. Instead of the weight of the knitting being on a straight needle which you are holding, its on the cable in your lap. Much more comfortable. I had the starter set of these needles as a gift amd added this size to the set. Oh and they are easy to assemble too. The only thing that would improve them would be the sizes on the needles as once they are out of the pack there is an no way to know the sizea unless you have a gauge
