Even baking, exceptional un moulding, re-used during overnight RhumSoaking, very very easy to clean.I cannot recommend this Baking Mould enough.I bought countless of Savarin/Rhum Baba mould to replace my battered Tefal which is no longer manufactured. I finally succeeded at finding a valuable, unbeatable one. Now I can let go of my old mould which has done its time. Very happy with this purchase.

I used this pan to make a snake shaped cake. It released the cake perfectly. It has so many uses!!

I bought this hard to find cake pan to make an Italian lemon cake (yogurt carton cake) from Nigella Lawson. The pan was perfect (and the cake was delicious!). I have used the pan may times now and love it. Highly recommended!

Saw this style pan while watching Nigella Lawson prepare her Lemon Yogurt Cake recipe on “Nigellisma”. Purchased both this pan and book, titled the same, “Nigellisima”. Cake came out perfect and was extremely tasty. Pan performed excellently, no sticking, washed easily, cake removed easily.
