I have been searching for a unit like this for my husband for some time and was pleased when I found this one. He and his friend have been volunteering for years playing at the nursing homes in the city. The PA system that he had was quite heavy so much so that i called it "the beast". They needed a unit that could accommodate both their guitars and the two mics which are not readily found. In addition to having the necessary inputs, this unit is indeed compact and weighs so little which makes is easy for transport. My husband is also very pleased with the sound from this unit as it is even better than the previous one. The company , Sounds Distribution , were fabulous to deal with . The item was shipped and received in a short time frame. Their customer service is stellar!

Parliamo di BEHRINGER, una certezza, impianto di ottima qualita', provato ad una festa in una villa con ampio parco, ha soddisfatto ampliamente le aspettative. Ha diverse regolazioni di input e output per un audio perfetto anche ad alti volumi, collegato a due microfoni wireless anch'essi BEHRINGER ULM202USB presi sempre su AMAZON che fanno il loro lavoro ho trovato così in poco spazio un impianto favoloso sotto tutti gli aspetti. Arrivato addirittura in anticipo di un giorno. Versatile e completo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e... grazie AMAZON!

I am amazed at the amount of power coming from this small unit, and the clarity of the audio and speech. I tested this system in a ballroom of about 250 people for a Birthday Party slide show, and I had no trouble filling the room with clear audio. I compared this unit to a 5000watt 18 inch 2 JBL speakersystem, that was also used in the same party, as the primary audio for the master of ceremony and DJ of the Party. The JBL speaker system undoubtedly had an advantage to reproduce the low end punch and making the ballroom vibrate. But the Behringer PPA 2000BT had the advantage of clarity. That is why there is the optional subwoofer out to add on to this system to make the ballroom resonate and rumble, if I want to do the same. I had the main volume set at the middle for both left and right channels, and the Blue tooth channel one notch to the right of dead center, and the equalizer on. This was enough to fill the ballroom so that everyone weren't yelling at each other. I just needed to intermittently adjust the treble, base, blue tooth audio volume because of how the slide show music was previously recorded, not at the same audio levels.The first drawback I have is the skimpy compartment door that keeps the mic, speaker wires, and power cord in the back of the amplifier. Thank goodness It did not pop out during the transport to the ballroom. The 2 door compartment hinges are flimsy and under pressure, the plastic compartment door will flex dropping all contents including the door. Need to see if someone has found a fix to this compartment door flaw. The second drawback, as reported by other owners, is the small wheels, and the placement of the wheels.. The wheelbase needs to be widened to the outside. Right now If you hit a bump(while moving) it will cause the case to sway back and forth resonating to the point of possibly falling on a side if not caught in time by your other free hand. The third drawback, as mentioned by other owners is the skimpy clasps. You don't get the sure clasps locking as you would get from, for an example, as a toolbox cover or a gun case. The overall audio performance of the PPA2000BT you will not be disappointed. The compact portability of how everything is packed into a 3 piece clamshell design is ingeneous. Very easy to set up and breakdown all done in one trip and in a few minutes. The bluetooth connectivity works well, able to play audio 25ft-30ft away with no breaks in audio.

This is an absolutely excellent piece of equipment. It accomplishes perfectly its primary task - reinforcing sound, particularly an electronic piano used for choir rehearsals etc.But it is also a superb bluetooth (or if you prefer wired) speaker for phones, computers, tablets etc. It actually beats my Denon M37DAB into £300 B&W speakers. It has an extremely firm bass, just solid without being overpowering. But the middle and top are tremendously detailed and much clearer than with my permanent hifi system. I am a classical music fan and as I write this I am listening to La Traviata; I can hear the double basses clearly, the tinkling of the tambourines and still all the details of the chorus singing, much better than my permanent wifi which sounds comparatively muffled. (I was using bluetooth with the Behringer and tried both bluetooth and directly wired with the Denon hifi for a fair comparision.)It's not perfect. Turning the bluetooth on and off is, as with many bluetooth devices, a 'press and hope' job. It usually works but it is fiddly instead of being absolutely clear. There is also no clear way to turn it off without switching the whole unit off. I wish the manual had clear details about the inputs pinouts and impedences. I wish the bluetooth were separate from the phono inputs or that there were phone inputs to at least one of the other channels.One of the other reviews comments about battery life after some months. The Behringer uses a standard lead acid battery. They need to be kept fully charged all the time when not in use or they lose capacity - something worth noting. But there is no difficulty swapping the battery for a standard replacement. There is no gotcha with being unable to replace a factory fitted battery forcing early obsolecence.So, instead of being occasionally employed, the Behringer sits under my desk permanently connected and is used as my primary listening device. Bearing in mind that the Behringer cost £180 (at the moment down to £163), which is cheaper than many even midrange bluetooth speakers, I am absolutely delighted with the purchase - hence this rather uncharacteric outburst of feedback.

Ho acquistato questo kit in seguito ad una offertona di Amazon, non mi serviva veramente, ma il prezzo era da non farselo scappare!Buon impiantino, la plastica degli slider è un po' leggerina ma nel complesso il tutto è fatto bene.Qualche problema con una chitarra elettrica "cattiva", sulle note basse le casse vibrano un po', ma se usato con microfoni - basi musicali è molto performante per le sue dimensioni. Testato in un grande ambiente per amplificare delle voci con ottimi risultati.Consigliato.
