Ho acquistato Zyxel LTE7480-M804 per migliorare la connessione Internet in una zona con scarsa copertura cablata e sono rimasto soddisfatto delle sue prestazioni.Pro:Design robusto per esterni: La certificazione IP68 lo rende ideale per installazioni all'aperto, resistente a polvere e pioggia.Buona ricezione del segnale: Grazie all'antenna 4x4 MIMO con guadagno di 8 dBi, riesce a catturare un segnale LTE stabile anche in aree rurali.Facile da configurare: L'interfaccia è intuitiva, e la possibilità di scegliere tra modalità router o bridge lo rende versatile.Compatibilità universale: Funziona con le SIM di vari operatori, e la funzione SMS è un'ottima aggiunta.Contro:Problemi occasionali di stabilità: In alcune situazioni ho riscontrato la necessità di riavviare il dispositivo per ripristinare la connessione.Velocità Wi-Fi limitata: Supporta solo 2,4 GHz e standard Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, non ideale per chi cerca prestazioni di rete avanzate.Sostanzialmente Zyxel LTE7480-M804 è una soluzione eccellente per chi ha bisogno di connettività affidabile in ambienti esterni o in zone difficili da raggiungere con la rete cablata. Doch bringen lange Antennenkabel zusätzlich Dämpung, so dass der Gewinn durch eine externe Antenne ggf wieder verloren geht.Das Produkt hier bringt den Router direkt an die externe Antenne! Die Anleitung gab vor, dass das WLAN eingeschaltet sein sollte, war es aber nicht. Mit einem Laptop kam ich mit der IP des Gateways auf den Router und konnte so das WLAN einschalten. So hatte ich zwar WLAN aber kein Internet über WLAN, sondern nur per LAN. Nach Recherche im Netz kam raus, dass Internet über WLAN in der aktuellen Firmware ausgeschaltet wurde. Ho acquistato questo router 4g da esterno, il quale è arrivato difettoso. Dopo diverse ore perse per la configurazione a casa del cliente si è dimostrato non funzionante, come ai fa a spedire un oggetto che non sia stato testato prima? Lo sconsiglio . La prossima volta accertatevi che quello che vendete sia funzionate , sennò non vi spacciate per prodotti professionali. Un mio pensiero quelli problematici sono quelli spedì dap venditore zyxel, perché secondo me quelli spediti da Amazon sono sicuri e funzionanti.

Gran decepción, estabilidad de la señal mala, cortes en la señal continuos. No lo recomiendo.

Premetto di non essere un tecnico, ho installato la cpe Zyxel in sostituzione di un servizio linkem ( discutibile) e utilizzando una sim flat windtre. Apparato montato su palo antenna esistente e con una app specifica, tarato sulla bts piu vicina e con segnale migliore. Consiglio verificare migliore operatore da lteitaly per controllare le antenne disponibili e vicine.funziona bene ed è stabile, lavora con cavo poe quindi la alimento direttamente da casa.ho messo un 4040 fritz come access point per la parte wifi e i valori di connettività sono decisamente superiori ( media di 120 down e 25 up ) della precedente fwa Linkem. Per ora devo dire soddisfatto, mi riservo di aggiornare valutazione in futuro dopo test prolungato.

Bei Zyxel muss man wohl sehr gut darauf achten welche Version man hat - es gibt deutliche Unterschiede in der Unterstützung von CA, IP pass through, etc.Diese Version (LTE7480) ist bez features gut ausgestattet und preislich sehr attraktiv.

Il 7480 è un router Poe da esterno LTE+ con antenne integrate che aggrega fino a 3 bande in download, inclusa la B1 (cat 12). Questo è il secondo che acquisto: entrambi sono utilizzati con sim Postemobile Casa Web su rete Vodafone. Attualmente il prezzo è quasi dimezzato (pagato 300 € su Amazon) rispetto a qualche mese fa rendendolo ancora più appetibile.I vantaggi in sintesi:-Software migliorato negli ultimi mesi con l'aggiunta del lock delle celle.-Nessuna perdita di segnale dovuta alla lunghezza dei cavi (Poe)-Configurabile in bridge mode dinamico (trasparente) collegandolo tramite Wan ad altro router WIFI.- Possibilità di selezionare le bande manualmente escludendo la funzione auto.-Prima configurazione semplice, tramite wifi integrato nello Zyxel e relativa app per il puntamento.-Interfaccia web basilare, ma completa di tutto.-Prestazioni in down/up ottime nella mia zona, con BTS a circa 2km di distanza.-Non si blocca mai ed è molto stabile.Dopo mesi di utilizzo non ho riscontrato difetti significativi: il WIFI integrato può essere usato per la sola configurazione del dispositivo: non è un access point. L'Apn va inserito manualmente.Consiglio l'acquisto a coloro che abitano in zone non raggiunte da FTTH o con FTTC marcio e prestazioni scadenti. Prima dell'acquisto è essenziale verificare tramite uno smartphone non datato il livello di copertura/segnale/prestazioni raggiungibili nella vostra zona. In caso di presenza di rete 5g, potreste virare sullo Zyxel 7101: costa un botto, non l'ho mai provato e sinceramente non so se ne valga la pena. Cinque stelle, "mi ha salvato la vita" :)

I spent quite a while trying to get a reliable 4g signal, and had tried all the recommended set ups with correct external antennas and good quality routers etc, but kept hitting a dead end with poor signal and slow speeds. I eventually found this, and it was the last ditch attempt before I gave up, and I am so glad I did! Yes, it is expensive, but it actually works. I watches a lot of you tube videos about it to learn how it works, and the set up was pretty easy.Like all LTE set ups, you need to take the time to ascertain where the best signal is coming from, point it in places you think there is no chance it would work- you may be surprised- as this will go through buildings and trees etc unlike others. One massive plus this has over other external antennas with a cable to your modem/ router indoors (so there is a certain amount of loss and you can't use a long cable if you are tight on speed as it is), is that the is PoE so you can just run a Cat5e cable to it- we are using a 30m one and the speeds are still superb (more than 3 times what we were getting with various external antennas on a 5m cable).The other invaluable feature, is the app you can use to verify the best signal (you do this by wifi with your phone whilst stood next to it- can also be done through a computer if you prefer). This makes it so much easier to establish you have found the best location, and then for fine tuning.Unless you know which carrier will work best on your area, buy a few cheap PayG SIM cards and try the various providers. I was sure EE would be best for us, but it turned out that Three although a further mast gave a better and more reliable signal in the end (and was half the price! Remember to buy an unlimited phone data sim once you settle on a provider, don't pay for the more expensive 'router' options. These will have a 'fair use policy' usually of 1TB which is more than enough for most people).These look like they are sold as more of a 'professional set up' type thing, but don't let that put you off. It was really easy, really the worst part is having the tools to drill holes in a hard brick wall if required I would say!Without a doubt, this makes rural broadband a viable option for even very hard to reach properties.

Pro quality item. Well packaged and everything is included. Easy installation and set up. Unpack, find the best signal spot using their phone app or point in the line of vision of cellular mast, run the ethernet cable to the supplied PoE unit included and connect to your internal router - that's it.Choice of 4G provider is very critical for good performance - buy cheap PAYG SIMs from all providers and test by rotating the modem in all directions before signing up to a contract. Go for UNlimited phone SIM (they work out a lot cheaper than data SIM and work fine with LTE modems and at max speed). With my previous set up (Huawei B525 + external aerial) I was getting 60 down and 30 up. With these babies I could not believe my eyes - once installed I am getting 150 down and 60 up with EE (mast in clear view 400m away), and 60 down and 30 up with O2 (mast 2km away) which I use as a back up. 4G broadband is surprisingly extremely reliable and less likely to go down than fibre. BE WARNED however - this LTE modem DOES NOT work with Vodafone Max SIM or in fact with any other SIM which is 5G enabled. They do work fine with 4G SIM only. Also recently one of these started to drop the connection unpredictably and I had to return it for a replacement.Update 7/6/22:Bought another one of these babies. This one came with Firmware version 2 and it works fine with the Vodafone MAX SIM. They are a really excellent piece of kit for those who live in rural areas and get reasonable 4G signal. Forget wired broadand. Get an unlimited phone SIM and one of these and happy days.
