We noticed a few things when we placed our order for these parts. First of all, they were not manufactured by Vita-mix but we simply could not locate where we could order official replacement parts, anywhere in Europe. Therefore, in desperation, we placed this order. The second thing was that the sales information did not specify which blenders these parts fix. I can tell you that they do not fit on the Vitamix "Quiet One". This is a cheap imitation of the original part and they simply do not fit the blender. There is no way to fasten the part onto the blender as it is too big to fit snugly. Don't buy this part if you have the expensive "Quiet One" blender. So disappointed in this. Now we have a box of parts that we cannot use and a set of cafes that have their business on hold because the blenders are out of commission.

El tornillo muy grande no sirve y lapieza para vitamix no vale fatal no lo recomiendo para una batidora vitamix

absolutely waste of time, send back straight away! no screw, drive socket is smaller than the normal one, plastic only inside the socket! I would give 0 rating if there is an option

The internal plastic is so soft the machine just breaks it immediateately and the little screw does not fit through the machine either! Really poor quality. Thrown in the bin and going to get a genuine Vitaprep part. What a waste of money.
