Big enough to hold water, some food, a towel, coat (either inside or in the kangaroo pouch on the front), flask, etc. Basically big enough to hold everything I am likely to need if not staying overnight somewhere, or getting shopping.Starting from the front the backpack has a small sipped section and molle slots on the outside face, so molle compatible attachments could theoretically be added if needed.The next zipped pocket back is larger, with a mesh divider section inside..Then there are 3 loops to clip things to, and a kangaroo pouch to store a jacket etc.The final compartment is larger again and has a divided section, which could hold the water bladder if using. It also has a zipped mesh section and a little plastic hook for putting keys or something on.The backpack also has 2 mesh pockets on the outside sides for 'stuff' which could include things like water bottles, cans of drink, but probably doesn't include flasks, even small ones as the meshed section isn't long enough to support something of the profile of a flask, at least in my opinion.The bladder entry/exit hole is on the top of the backpack, in front of the carrying handle. The straps are slightly padded and comfortable enough given the likely weight this backpack will be used for.The water bladder seems leakproof and has a nice widish opening. It is easy to clean abut not as easy to dry out (I needed to leave opened tongs inside it to seperate the layers as well as kitchen roll to manage it.) The hose attaches/detaches easily and I like this system compared with others I have seen.

Ordered to use on charity local walk event with my sister to store waterproof jackets and drinks. I was actually pleasantly surprised how much space the bag offered and we were able to also fit in zip tops and a few snacks as well as phones and other personal items.Wore for the 10mile walk with comfort. It's well made, good quality and great value for money

I got this hydration backpack with a 2L water bladder, and I've been really impressed with its quality and performance. While it’s not as small or lightweight as some running vests, which might make it less ideal for long-distance runners, it’s perfect for my needs as an avid munro bagger.It's comfortable to wear, not too big to be cumbersome, but still spacious enough to fit all my hiking essentials. The black color looks sleek, and the outer material feels durable with smooth zippers. The stitching is on point as well. The adjustable, padded straps add to the comfort, and I appreciate the extra clips and pockets on the sides and front for additional storage. The 2L bladder provides ample hydration for a full day out, making it ideal for hiking.I think it's well worth the £24.99 and highly recommend.

So this is basically a small backpack with a hydration pack that can be placed inside, threaded through and clipped to the top. The place where the tube comes through isn't immediately obvious (it's on the top just below the handle - highlighted in my photo), and it needs to be removed from the water bladder and threaded through from the bladder end. The drinking tube has a lever toggle to control the water, and the biter is reassuringly made of food-grade material. I use these for long cycle rides, I find it much easier than stopping, or reaching down to the bottle carrier while riding (and I find that on a hot day water kept in the bottle carrier ends up lukewarm at best). I would also recommend this bag particularly as it's not just a hydration pack but also has plenty of pockets for organising light luggage.

This is a good quality backpack and the hydration bladder is excellent for being able to drink water while on the move. It isn't as small or lightweight as some of the other running vests I have seen so runners may find it a little cumbersome for wearing whilst doing long distances.
