It's a little tight, but it's bigger than the one made in Italy, so it can hold a long bow, and above all, it's much cheaper.

First, this case is not Carbon Fiber- it is carbon fiber ‘look’. There’s a big difference. It appears to be a polycarbonate material made to look (sort of) like C.F.The hinges and latches are metal but I wish the latches were tighter and more secure. The fit of the lid is good and the valance will give decent dust and splash protection. The attachment points for the shoulder strap are two delicate leather loops, secured by one screw each. Bad design. They will fail, sooner rather than later. I’ll not be using the strap. The inside of the case is nice except for several random, sloppy glue spots which were easily removed. The bow in the bottom of the case can secured with an elastic and Velcro strap BUT no such strap exists in the top of the case. Why? I don’t know if this is a manufacturing defect or a design flaw. It IS a problem. The bow in the top of the case (even if it’s a longer German style) is free to slide around. When this happens, the bow tip comes out of the retaining pocket and is free to clatter around against the other bow! For now, my temporary solution was to place a foam block in the end of the case. I should NOT have had to do that….not in an 85 dollar case. All in all, (when closed and latched) it’s a reasonably solid case which should protect your bows from daily hazards. (Once you do a fix to prevent the bow in the top from sliding around). I’ll be charitable and give it a ‘3’.
