My company uses Yealink phones, and they seem great! I needed a headset and didn't want a heavy or expensive wireless unit, especially because I didn't want to deal with batteries and such, so I bought this headset. Under a year of use, never dropped, never set down heavily, and hung on a hook when done. The thin plastic spacer over the left ear just literally CRUMBLED. I have Logi H111 headsets that I bought for $11 each almost 10 years ago that still work perfectly, so this is unacceptable. Only reason I'm not using one with my work phone is Yealink is extremely picky on device compatibility.I wish these were made more solidly. Mic and earpiece performance were good; decent audio, comfortable, though sometimes people said I was a bit quiet on their end. I still have a single-ear headset from Yealink that I'm using for now; let's see how long this one lasts I guess.
