This has helped rejuvenate my Gericom's wi fi access access.

Basically I ordered this item because because I wanted another one to add to one I bought years ago as they do work pretty well.I then received an email to say it had been dispatched and was to be delivered by City-Link courier service.I phoned City Link today to ask as to when it will be delivered. The voice input for tracking number and post code doesn't work. After about 20 minutes on hold on a premium rate call I finally get to speak to a human. Who then hung up on me. I called again and waited for another 20 minutes and finally got to speak to another adviser. basically they told me that City link didn't actually have it.They advised me to call Amazon, you get to speak to an Indian call centre and to an Indian woman who basically can't speak a word of english. I was told lies. City link said they didn't have it, Amazon said they did. So where was it?, your guess is a good as mine.Either way I still don't know where it is or indeed when it will be delivered.Why Amazon simply can't deliver via Royal mail and save all the hassle is beyond belief.Formal complaints have not been submitted. The service with both Amazon and City Link on this occasion has been a farce.
