Wipe-Clean First Pen Control

My granddaughter loves these, as she doesnt go to kindergarten so having a portion of the day set aside for her 'school' learning is important. Currently we are focussing on her pen holding and fine motor skills.- and she is getting better in leaps and bounds. Would recommend

Bought for my 2yo who was showing signs of being ready to start writing. She LOVES this book and is really getting the hang of following the lines. On occasion she does “colour in” with the pen which means that it’s running out quite quickly. But for helping with control and following lines it’s good. Her favourite images are the winter scene and under the sea. In just a short time she can now draw straight lines as well as zig zags and wiggly lines.

Quality of book is very good.. but the pen doesn’t last longer in the kid’s hands..

Good book for introducing little ones to using pens and developing their pen control. Pen that came with it works well and wipes off the pages easily enough. I found that using a baby wipe removes any stubborn bits of pen from the pages easily. Colourful and fun design - has a different scene on each double page spread which appeal to our three year old daughter. She enjoys using it and selecting the page that she wants to use.
