This esp32 is perfect for my small project involvong sensors and capable of monitoring from the distance. Its compatible with arduino ide and possibly micro python. The digital pins are simillar to esp32 node whoch is great. I will recommend it.

Brass tacks, this is a great board coupled with Waveshare's excellent documentation support you are going to be up and running in no time. I am quite a fan of their product lineup, and this is no exception.The ESP32-H2 is pretty fantastic offering a wide range of features suited to IOT tasks. I really like that I have BT and zigbee all onboard to play with and learn or build into a functional device for my home automation. Out of the box the tiny board ships with a header strip that is easy to cut and solder into place if you choose. I do like that this is an option as others might want to just solder directly into their project. Pin numbers and function are silkscreened to each side of the board making for easy connections.Waveshare shines with its stellar documentation on its products and this is no exception. The wiki includes detailed guides on setting up the IDF in VS Code as well as arduino. Both are simple and straightforward one up and running.Board is preloaded with a demo featuring flash test, Bluetooth sniffer and LED test, works well to pull nearby BT sources identifying name, address, pretty neat. The onboard RGB LED is i nice add on, its super bright and can offer a ton of status communication with one simple LED on your project.I will continue to use the board exploring freeRTOS as a learning test bench and jump into the BT and Zigbee communications at a later date. This board really does offer a ton of learning or project functionality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for your projects kit.
