I'm so glad I got these, as they free up so much space in my closet from the bags and old bins i was using for dog/cat food. I was careful to check the volume of food in the bags of food we buy, and match the exact size needed to hold them. I got one for dog food, and one for cat food. It's so weird though because the bags of food look so much bigger than the containers -- but somehow it all fit perfectly. I was telling my mother about how they reminded me of Mary Poppin's bag. You think "there's no way that all this fits in there". And I kept pouring, pouring and pouring expecting for it to overflow, and blammo -- it didn't. Plus the lid goes on nice and tight keeping food fresh. I wish I'd got these years ago!
