We have a small Toshiba TV in the kitchen – it is over ten years old and the remote control was becoming a bit unreliable so we tried this budget replacement by VINABTY and it works perfectly. The build quality of this replacement is not as good as the original but for around eight pounds currently from Amazon you really can't complain. You will need two AAA batteries, as none are supplied, but once fitted there is no setting up – just point and shoot. Hopefully this CT-8046 remote control will outlive the TV – five stars for value-for-money.

This remote feels cheaply made and doesn't come with batteries but given the price its a good value replacement or spare that works well
