I purchased this WireBox-L Tr cover labeled "150-45/60/70 & 250-60/70" cover for my MPPT 150/45, however it is *2" too wide* and does not fit. This is clearly for a larger device *only*, perhapes the 250/60-70 also listed on the label?I compared it to my MPPT 100-30 and found that the WireBox-M 100-30/50 & 150-35/45 fit my 150/45 perfectly!I'm now wondering if I missed seeing " L" (large) in the written description? Is there a "150-45 WireBox-M" (medium)?? I'm not clear on the labeling.In the photos, the 150-45 is to the left of my 100-30 with all components. Notice how much wider this bracket was?I included a photo showing the 100-30 bracket & cover fitted to the 150-45.If you have a 150-45, and do not see "L or M" specified for the 150-45, i suggest just buying the cover for the 100-30.The covers come with a steel backplate which have plastic mounting and strain relief components and a the plastic cover shown in the advertisement, along with mounting fasteners.I included photos of the fastener locations for assembly. I did not have issues fitting the included (correct) fasteners into the intended locations.

I’ve spent tens of thousands on Victron equipment, and this is without a doubt one of the most poorly designed part I’ve come across. Victron is usually a sign of quality, but pretty much everything about this design is subpar and cheaply produced.Prepare to spend a lot of time retrofitting and buying new parts, zip ties, and screws to make this kit work in a manner similar to intended use.

Easy to install. Put it on before you mount the controller to a wall. Provides wire terminal protection and strain relief at the controller end. Instructions do not show it but the long machine screws are for the strain relief hold downs.

Product is a POS... the screws that hold the wire cover to the metal frame that attaches to the actual charge controller don't fit and aren't threaded properly. Also one of the two longer screws that came with it (which I don't know what they are for because the manual is feces), was missing the head (was broken). It's doing it's job because I forced the side-screws in by hand, but they are half-way sticking out and look like feces. I'd try to figure out a better solution if it was jammed all the way in the back of one of my RV basement storage compartments. Crap design for a product from such a highly regarded/used company with the majority of the market-share.
