Très bien mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il avait 2 compartiments

Vevor 40L Dual zone Cooler. Product does not at all work like advertised. I was able to control each zone individually for about 30 minutes. After that, just the larger compartment. Unit does not cool down to the set temperature, the smaller zone doesn’t cool down at all. Left it set to 25 degrees and a bottle water of water didn’t get to 40 degrees at best.Customer service is horrible. Tech support doesn’t respond. You can’t talked to anyone by phone Contacted customer service and sent pictures and detailed information. Was told they would get back to me in 24 hours. All they did was ask me to verify which cooler I purchased. 48 hours later, still no resolution or help. I will be returning this item and ordering the Euhomy, the one I currently have has worked flawlessly.Dint bother with this item unless you enjoy wasting your time and money.Update:After going back and forth via my personal email, sending pictures, answering questions, and verifying my purchase with screen shots of my order, they closed out the trouble ticket. It was closed out after they started sending everything to my work email within 24 hours. The entire conversation started in my personal email. I will never spend a dime on another Vevor product again. I recommend that you don’t either.
