Excellent piece of kit, easy to assemble, Very good quality, sturdy when assembled and bolted to the ground. The package contained a drill bit, which unfortunately didn't fit my drill, but I already had one that would. A level, to make sure the posts are upright, twist drill to secure the parts, a spanner for the bolts and all the fittingsMakes the steps a whole lot safer for my disabled wife and other less able stair walkers.The product came quickly and very well wrapped inside a solid cardboard box.Overall, very pleased with the product and would recommend to others with stair climbing needs. I may even invest in another for other steps in the garden.

i had a fall done my garden steps last year and had to have a skin draft on my leg , i love gardening but was frightened off it happening again ,my son told me to try this and i can truely say it is aweome

The fastening bracket to secure the railing was damaged. The bracket attaching to the concrete was bent but usable. One of the covers for the fastening bracket was damaged and not usable. I don’t expect that it will last 20 years, but it will do the job for quite awhile before rust takes its toll on the bracket. For the money it did what I needed it for.
