This is a terrible product and your money is better spent elsewhere. From the start, the hydration hose leaked through the suction end, meaning that it would simply flow out as you carried it, unless you drained the hose each time by lifting it above your head. Clearly a ludicrous performance. The left hip pocket had been stitched on upside down, so it was not possible to use it. The plastic locking device to seal the hydration pouch snapped whilst running, meaning the bag just crumpled down to the bottom. I replaced the broken part with a cable tie and continued to use, only for the hydration pouch itself to split at the bottom whilst out running; the final straw! This gets one star because, miraculously, the "daysack" pouches have not (yet) broken. It had about 200 miles of use - at the most - before it was utterly broken. Another classic case of a formerly British business going cheap and producing kit that does not work. For comparison, look at Karrimor daysack with a separate hydration pouch. Also cheap, but has the distinct advantage of not falling apart.
