I have been using these Patches for many years, and used to use a lot more before I bought Puncture-proof Tyres.Provided they are applied correctly - they are almost as good as vulcanising.One has to be careful though - - the edges tend to roll if one tries to pull the "cellofane" off too soon - otherwise I would give it 5 *'s
