I ordered a small size for my French bulldog 33 cm 10 kg. It’s far too small. I tried to contact the producer to find out the correct size but customer service seems not to exist (4 emails in two weeks, no personalised answer back and a lot of spanning). Online simulator suggests S. Probably I need an M, but it’s not available at Amazon. Should I go for an L and use a block to adapt the fitting (not sold by Amazon)?… no answer… It’s a pity, it’s a quality product and I would love to purchase one for my dog.

Well thought design. We followed the measurements and purchased according to recommended size. But to get Charlie sitting above shoulders we needed the block. Made our own from a mobile phone box.

Our 2-yr-old, 60lb bully has a luxating patella and has challenges on our longer walks and hikes but our pitt/rottie mix needs those long walks and hikes. This carrier allows us to take both of our babies out without worrying that one is missing out. He was a bit panicked when we put him in the first time but we’re having no problems now. We love it!

il a toutes les qualités décrits.. mais trop petit avec mon chien de 22 pouces de long... il sort trop en hautil m'aurait fallu un large.. et le retourner ou en commander un.. trop de frais.. car faut payer un surplus aux lignes pour entrer au canada..

Took a little trial and error getting the little lady in the pack but once we got a system down it was great. I would recommend laying the pack flat and then first putting the front legs in and then the top buckle. after then attack the neck carabiner to the collar. then zip and and ready to go. My dog is 17 inches from neck to tail so i went with the small. ended up being the top of the size but it was perfect since she could sit and didn't have to stand or need the extra pad to raise the bottom. The name plate is also a must.

J'ai acheté ce sac afin de pouvoir balader mon chien à new york et pouvoir prendre les transports en commun et j'ai été agréablement surpris par son éfficacité.Facile à installer son chien et surtout agréable sur le dos et les épaules en sachant que j'avais sur le dos un chien de 40 lb
