Bought this to wear over button downs and long sleeve t-shirts for an upcoming trip to Europe. I sized up from my normal size and it works well under my button downs but definitely oversized. I’d probably recommend normal size or even a size down depending on the fit you want. The quality is surprisingly nice and the fabric itself is very soft. It does have a gasoline odor right out of the packaging which is a bummer.
