I'd never previously had the need for turnbuckles until I replaced the cheesy anchoring system that was included with my new carport. I'm on a fixed income, so purchased a relatively inexpensive shelter to protect my cars finish from further damage due to the blasting Florida sun. I needed a more permanent structure than what my shelter was intended for, so I bought ⅛" wire rope, some ¼" D-anchors, clamps, crimps, a box of tapcon masonary screws, and these turnbuckles. I anchored the feet to my concrete, then cut the cable into four 25' sections, and ran each up one leg, looped it over the roof frame, down the adjacent leg with each end anchored to the concrete using the D-anchors. Working with steel cable, even small cable, can be a challenge, and for a 64 year old woman like me, tightening it is pretty impossible. These turnbuckles solved every issue possible for my application! That cable is tight as a drum...I'm sure the tarp would be blown away here in hurricane alley, but that frame isn't going anywhere!Note:My husband sat and watched!!🤔

Die Spannschlosser kamen pünktlich, gut verpackt und vollständig an.Sie sind wie beschrieben aus Edelstahl. Sie haben ein Links- und ein Rechtsgewinde, wodurch sich die eingehängten Stahlseile leichtgängig spannen lassen.Ich spanne mit diesen Spannschlössern z.B. Edelstahlseile unter einer Terrassenüberdachung.In die gespannten Stahlseile habe ich einen Sonnenschutz eingehängt.Ich habe mittlerweile 3 Sätze dieser Spannschlösser gekauft (3x8 Stück).Ich kann diese Spannschlösser uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ottimi, ben costruiti, robusti e belli esteticamente.
