Ho ricevuto , e devo anche ammettere la primna volta , un prodotto apparentemente usato , la parte inferiore della pentola era chiaramente graffiata e il fondo esterno annerito

Avevo acquistato la prima volta questa pentola a pressione qualche anno fa per regalarla a mia madre. Visto le sue qualità, ho deciso di acquistarla anche per me.Funziona benissimo sia da pentola a pressione sia come casseruola. È completamente antiaderente, quindi la uso per cuocere qualsiasi cosa: carne, verdure, legumi, bolliti, zuppe, tutto con estrema facilità.All'interno contiene anche l'attrezzo per la cottura al vapore, utilissimo e molto facile da usare, cuoce al vapore alla perfezione, mantenendo tutti i sapori di verdure e legumi.La cosa che trovo più comoda è il tappo della pentola a pressione in quanto, dopo aver sfiatato del tutto, è facilissimo da aprire e meno duro delle solite pentole a pressione.Facile anche il lavaggio: facilmente si toglie la guaina dal coperchio e altrettanto facilmente si rimette una volta asciutto. Lavo solo a mano perchè evito di lavare pentole antiaderenti in lavastoviglie per evitare che si rovinino troppo in fretta.Possedendo anche una pentola a pressione normale e potendo paragonare le due, consiglio l'acquisto di questa clipso minut duo perchè è perfetta.Anche se il prezzo è alto, ne vale assolutamente la pena!

Cottura perfetta. Dopo che inizia ad uscire il vapore abbasso il piano ad induzione a 3/4 su 14.

Contentissima finalmente una pentola a pressione antiaderente lo acquistato 21 Settembre per 135 euro ho visto adesso il prezzo è aumentata tantissimo per qui ancora più felice per la fortuna lo consiglio

nach 10 Jahren... musste mal ein neuer Schnellkochtopf her.. ich habe mich für diesen entschieden, da er laut Beschreibung sehr leicht zu bedienen und sicher sein sollte. Was soll ich sagen .. ich bin völlig begeistert. nach dreimaliger Verwendung .. Gulasch, Rouladen und Rinderbraten - einfach nur WOW. Die Einhandbedienung ist megaklasse und der Topf hat für uns genau die richtige Größe.. Die Dampfregelung ist auf meinem Ceranfeld ganz einfach .. erst Volldampf und dann auf Stufe 3 (von 10). Hält während des gesamten Garprozesses. Nach Garende einfach abdampfen oder eine Weile stehen lassen. Das Ergebnis ist auf den Punkt !! Reinigung schnell und einfach .. ganz klare Kaufempfehlung.. eine Ersatzdichtung habe ich sicherheitshalber gleich mitbestellt (das war das Problem meines alten Topfes.. da gabs keine Ersatzdichtung mehr..) Hier mit der in der Beschreibung ausgewiesenen Nummer Kinderleicht zu finden.Gesamtbetrachtung: Der Topf macht rieeeeesig Spaß und ist sicher und einfach zu bedienen.

La miglior pentola a pressione mai posseduta. Il rivestimento antiaderente permette di rosolare il cibo senza che si attacchi. È più larga delle normali pentole a pressione, ma per me è un vantaggio. L'unica pecca, se proprio si vuole trovare, è che non si possa mettere in lavastoviglie, a causa del rivestimento. Ma, comunque, si lava perfettamente, visto che non restano residui di cibo attaccati.

Absolutely the best pressure cooker I've used! I've tried a prestige one which broke after only a few uses, then two Instant pots which I didn't really get on with. I was unsure about trying another stove top cooker but I needn't have worried, this Clipso is so easy to use, especially as I bought the timer to go with it, which means it beeps and counts down the timing so I don't have to wonder if it's at the right pressure. The non stick coating is almost bullet proof...nothing sticks to it, even tomato based sauces which burnt every time I tried to cook them in the Intant pot. It's really easy to clean and I like the safety features. Wish I'd bought one of these years ago!

Confidently change from pressure to open pot cooking. Ideal for doing things like lamb shank stews allowing the cook to choose exactly what components get cooked by what amount. Looks good too.
