Schrott. Hält nicht lange kühl und einige milchmixgetränke schmecken merkwürdig daraus. Habe es nach ein paar Monaten entsorgt. Im Geschirrspüler hatte such der Aufdruck teilweise aufgelöst. Zu teuer

Leaky no matter what. I’ve flipped the seal around, left the drinking aperture open while the drink is hot, left it closed etc etc but it leaks every which way.The quest to find a good ceramic lined travel cup continues…

This is nicer to drink out of than almost all other travel mugs, and the lid has a surprisingly good seal. It's a little wide for my cup holder in my car, but that won't bother me. It's ok at keeping the heat in, but I didn't get it to act as a flask, it was about drinking coffee from something that resembled a normal mug, without a plastic or metallic taste. I recommend this travel mug!I have a Sttoke ceramic mug that I really like, but wanted another to leave in work. I couldn't get one (and they're very expensive) but am glad I didn't now because this one is a great competitor and a way better price. I'd have no problem buying again

The cup is a good size, easy to hold with the grip and the lid is secure. The hot drink doesn’t remain hot for very long. I brought 2 of these mugs and went for an hours long walk and about 20 min in it’s already beginning to lose heat, this was with me pre heating the mug before tea and coffee. As they’re travel cups and ceramic I would have expected them to remain hotter for long, which is a shame! We chose these mugs because of them being ceramic and not having the metallic taste of the steel ones.

The ceramic internal wall means the taste of tea is not adversely affected. The cup stays warm for a good time, this is not a flask but it does hold the heat for a reasonable duration. The order arrived in good time, I didn't use the cup straight away and when I did I realised the seal had a split and the cup leaked. I contacted the seller and explained I would like a replacement seal. They replied within hours and checked some details. They then dispatched the replacement seal which arrived in about 10 days. The seal was a little tricky to replace but a little patience paid off and the cup works as good as new. The cup is stylish and robust, the customer service was excellent. I am happy with the product and the purchase.
