Excellent bit of kit !the were a perfect fit for my eco worthy solar panels if i flipped them on their long edge, not so if i flipped them on their short edge, but that can be remedied with me simply drlling an additional hole in the panel. All in all , brilliant , i would highly recommend!

I ordered this off Vine to give to a friend. I'd got a solar panel set up off Vine quite some time ago, and given that to him and he gave me a review of it. He'd fitted the panels to his touring van on the existing rack he has on the roof, and although he gave the panels a great review, he did mention that in the summer (coming) he might build an angled frame, to get a better angle. And then I saw this, so ordered it. I gave it to him yesterday, and he's delighted with it! He wanted to go straight out and fit it, but the weather wasn't really right, so it'll have to wait. But he looked at it, and said it will bolt directly to the rack, and will be a real boon, especially because it can be altered simply, and folded flat for travelling. So, that's a double win!

This solar panel mount is ideal for multiple usage scenarios. I have chosen to use it free standing in my garden to angle my solar panel, obviously this time of year the sun is so much lower that the panel needs a steep angle to be anywhere near effective, in the summer i will be able to adjust this mount to a much lesser angle. The frame is lightweight and allows a variety of different sized solar panels to be secured. It is quick and easy to put together and can be freestanding or secured to a roof or other fixed area.
