I was packing for a wedding and realized that I needed my shoes shined. IO also realized that I no longer seemed to have any shoe shining equipment, not even one brush or any polish, in my house. I took my shoes to a local shoe repair store, a rarity in these days, and was charged $20. And still had to point out scuffs on the shoes. If you don't mind a little bit of manual labor, get this kit and save yourself money and feel a sense of accomplishment, also.

I got this polish for my black leather motorcycle boots. I gave my boots a good wipe down, if I don't use leather conditioner before, so all the dirt is off. I used a small circular sponge with the red handle to dip into the container and apply to my boots. A small amount goes a long way. I dab the sponge onto the cream and smooth it onto my boot. It immediately gives a nice black shine. I let the polish dry and used a horse hair brush after and gave a light scrub to give a nice shine. A great cream for any black leather. I usually take pretty good care if my boots. I took a picture showing half with the polish and half without. Even though my boots were already black, they made them look a little but better.
