I love Staub, especially in this graphite color!! This is a great piece, a wonderful, somewhat petite, squared roaster with excellent wide, easy grip handles. It is classic, 100% Staub enameled cast iron, suitable for stovetop and oven like all pieces in Staub’s enameled cast iron product line. DO pay attention to the size: it is petite, measuring 8” wide and 11.75 inches edge to edge (not including the handles.)This is a fantastic deal. Ships very quickly and efficiently from the UK. And make no mistake, this is absolutely the best price available (the cost at a prominent cookware vender is literally twice as much!!)If you love Staub, this is a unique piece and great value!

This pan is definitely the quality and beauty I’d expect from Staub. I just wish it was a bit bigger. I cooked a lamb leg in it for Easter dinner, and it was a tight fit.

This is the perfect pan for casseroles in the oven. It is just the right size including generous depth and heats very evenly.

Esteticamente e qualitativamente il top.

A really great looking, and more importantly brilliant performing, cast iron roasting pan. A little on the small side but it is already quite heavy so not sure how easy it would be to lift/carry if it was much heavier. A really classy alternative to the other ubiquitous Le Creuset.
