Dog loved it, but it didn’t last long for an aggressive chewer.

Both of my dogs (and cats) love the Starmark GripCord DuraFoam Ball Loop Medium! It's well-made because my german shepherd has not destroyed it yet! It's so funny to see both my cats and dogs fighting for the same toy! Great toy, good value!

Our dog likes this ball, but doesn't love it. He only brings it out of his toy box occasionally. The ball is really hard. So hard it makes me worry for his teeth. I think he even realizes it's too hard, because he mostly likes to play tug with the strap. My husband and I went back and forth about letting him keep it or not. After our last play session we've decided to get rid of it. While it does seem nearly indestructible and it is well made enough that I don't have any safety worries other than his teeth - pet tooth care is pricey and it's just not worth the risk.

Advertised to be nearly indestructible and so far it is living up to that promise. My dog has done some aggressive chewing on this and still holding up strong! He loves playing with this everyday so I will be sure to update if anything ever happens to it.

Ball is made of foam, which the manufacturer calls Durafoam. According to the manufacturer the ball is virtually indestructible. The foam is soft and goes back into shape after compression. The ball is attached to a loop which can be looped round your wrist. The toy can be used as a tug toy or for fetch games with the dog. I tested it on my dog as a tug toy and he loves it. He could get a good grip on the ball since it is soft. The loop handle has some elasticity and is comfortable on the wrist. We also played fetch with it. The handle allows you to swing and throw the ball like a catapult and goes further. It's bright neon yellow so you can spot it easily if thrown too far. The ball floats too which means you can also use it in the water.Overall, a very versatile dog toy. My dog and I like it. I am sure yours will too.
