There are a total of 50 different colors and I counted to makeep absolutely sure, 6 of the colors are neon. The metal case they come in can be easily dented without too much effort. The tips of these markers are all 0.3mm, so they will work for intricate designs, colorings and drawings. You get a good combination of each color listed. I think this set is perfect type for Johanna Basford coloring books for sure, especially since her designs are a mix of intricate designs throughout her coloring books. All these pens are dry proof except the neon colors. Overall with my review though, great colors, 5 star, and I'll let you all decide if you like how they work out for you.
