I couldn't find the old one of these that I use to buy so I resorted to this one instead.Awesome and just as great as the other brand one I had.Instant pass through with high speed and handles 4K etc.Make sure to have it plugged in and powered or it will most likely not display anything. This is great for when you run a dual pc setup for streaming as you can mirror the screen to both your monitor and the capture card in your other pc to have both nice and fluid on either end.

This HDMI splitter does precisely what it promises: it takes one HDMI input and splits it into multiple outputs without compromising video or audio quality. I tested it with a 1080p source, and it handled the signal distribution smoothly across two screens. It does not support two independent screens, but duplicate only. The design is compact, making it easy to fit into any setup, it's all metal construction makes it durable, and the build quality feels solid. Setup was straightforward - plug and play, no need for external power. One thing to note is that while it supports HDCP, it's wise to check compatibility if you're dealing with 4K or HDR content, as performance can vary. I only had a 1440p and 1080p screen to use for testing. Overall, this splitter is a cost-effective solution for duplicating your display, whether for presentations or gaming.

PLEASE NOTE : This HDMI splitter does have support for dual monitors for devices like laptops, but the important thing to note is that it does NOT allow you to extend the screen so that the two screens appear as one when you are working on your device. This simply mirrors the same input signal to both output ports so that you see the same picture on both monitors. After taking the above caveat into consideration, this is still a really neat little device if all you need to do is split the HDMI input signal to two HDMI output signals so that you get the same picture on both screens simultaneously. The build quality on this little black box is excellent. The casing has a nice rounded off design with a slightly beveled silver edge finish on both sides, making this look a lot nicer than your standard black box designs. It supports the latest HDMI version, which is version 1.4 and it is also backwards compatible with all the earlier HDMI versions, all the way down to HDMI version 1.0The reason for me giving this 4 stars is because it only supports 4K at the 30 Hz refresh rate, and nowadays I would have expected it to support 4K at the 60 Hz refresh rate, which would have given a much smoother picture. Normally you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the two refresh rates as at 4K the picture will still be nice and crisp, unless you were watching some quick changing action scenes or playing a game. It's in those moments that you can see a slight flicker or a bit of a fuzzy picture with the lower refresh rate. The other thing I don't like about this HDMI splitter is that it is still using the old, and now somewhat outdated, Micro USB interface to power the device. With this connector you have to make sure you have it facing the right way or it won't go in. This really should to be a USB C interface now, as you can plug that in either way, which just makes connecting everything up a bit easier.

HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out -HDMI Splitter for Dual Monitors Duplicate/Mirror Only - Not for Multi Monitors, 1x2 HDMI Splitter1080P, 4K @ 30Hz (One Input To Two Outputs)Well all I can say is that the HDMI Splitter 1 in 2 Out just works as you would expect it to, you put your source HDMI in its input and your 2 TVs/monitors to its output and you have the same picture on both, all I will say is that for a new product, why are we still using the stone age 17 year old Micro USB connectors to power it!? Though for £11.99 at the time of reviewing its a cheap enough price.
