You deserve roll in T nuts. So treat yourself. There's a bit of a knack to getting them out, but trust me you won't want to ;-)

Ideal for extruded aluminium channel if you are looking to add threaded hole and the extrusion has the correct size slots.

Strong M8 THREAD captive nuts for alloy frame rails. Sprung ball keeps them in position while screw or bolt is tightened.
