smusei Oval Coffee Table 2 Tier Center Table with Storage ShelfThis table is made from what appears to be MDF with a white veneer.It's not difficult to construct if you follow the instructions. It took me about 40 minutes and I'm no DIY expert.I would have preferred for the long oval ends to have the ability to fold down, but I think for the £25 price range, this is a bit of an ask. However, I'm doubtful I would trust putting 20kg weight on the oval sections. I'm not sure why the top didn't come in one piece to make it sturdier, I assume it's easier for packaging/delivery, etc.Because of its size, it makes a good coffee table, for the centre of a room, but, unless you have plenty of space, it's a bit large as an occasional side table. the shelf underneath is handy and makes this table look better in design.Overall, it's a clean, white table, and I could see no damage. Don't get moisture in the edges, though, as the veneer will likely peel away.
