Great quality tape. Arrived in a day, couldn’t get better. This tape is by far the best I have installed since buying and tuning my bike a year ago. Cheap stuff from aliexpress is not worth the money. This is way higher quality and is really easy to install vs wrapping it tight with the cheap stuff. A++ product.

Overall, I’m happy with this tape. Giving it 4 stars only because it’s a bit tough to wrap perfectly.Pros:ComfortableTacky w/ or without glovesVibrant colorEnd plug is among the nicest I’ve usedLong enough to wrap the entire bar easilyThe butterfly shaped thin adhesive pieces that cover shifter clamps are really nice and easy to use.Cons:ExpensiveThe thickness makes it very challenging to stuff the overlap at the drop end into the bar evenly while still being able to fit the end plug in place and tighten it.Thickness also makes it a little to maintain just the right amount of tension on the tape while wrapping. I’ve wrapped a lot of bars using many different materials, thicknesses etc, and this one was challenging.But- in the end? It looks and feels good, and it does a fair job of muting vibrations.I’ve only got a few hundred miles on it. Too soon to comment on durability!

Superb road bike handlebar tape.Silca seems to always make well researched and outstanding products - long term user of the Silca super secret drip wax here. The local bike shop was a week behind, so I once again looked into installing myself on the awesome road bike.I came across the Silca tape, and watched the video on youtube and Amazon for the install. BTW, the install video is one of the best bar tape install videos out there, regardless of whether you buy their tape or not. The silca tape is a little more expensive, but if properly installed, I usually get a full year out of my bar tape... so easy investment.Install went great, about 45 minutes taking my time and sweating a bit to assure proper tension - key here is the persistent tension, pulling the wrap tight. I went for the figure 8 method around the hoods, worked very well. The "butterfly" piece works very well - I trimmed about 3mm on each side to fit my specific Dura Ace set up. Trimming with Sharp scissors was easy. Finished off with electrical tape and the Silca finishing tape.Protips: I"m not a pro. 1. The Finishing tape is VERY stretchy and the logo will fade with stretch (good!). Be careful with this stretch in the finish as it will change your estimate of the finish line/ending point of the finishing tape wrap. 2. I used 2.5. Might go with the thicker next time as my prior tape was a little more bulky in the drops. This is entirely personal preference with how much bulk you want on the tops and drops. 3. Color and grip is superb - the grip feels very good. 4. The end plugs are fantastic, best in show and easy to install - will post a photo of one. 5. Starting the wrap with the proper overlap and extension to stuff in the plug is critical... take your time and try multiple starts. I did one full wrap plus a bit more, and fiddled with what position on "the clock" to start the wrap.Love the design on the tape. Was a little hesitant as the stock photos are not very helpful. I"ll try and post photos - looks very sharp. Would like to see more colors. And finally, thanks again for this superb install video, well done!

It's twice as expensive as others, but also, twice as nice. You can stretch the heck out of it. It comes out of the box in a completely usable length for wider bars with Redshift grips on the flats. It's also quite comfy without being massively oversized. I wish they still made the orange version, but it's still worth it.
