Rempli parfaitement ces fonctions. A voir la durée de vie. Je n'ai pas constaté de détérioration après plusieurs mois. Je les utilise dans une seule paire de sneakers que je ne mets pas tout les jours.

Lieferung kam in einem Umsclag an. Darin eine zerdrückte Verpackung. An den Sohlen hafteten ein langes schwarzes Haar, sowie kleinere weiße Haare - wohl von einem Tier (evtl. Katze). So schickt man keine Ware raus! Eklig-geht zurück!!

Bought these to out inside some flat trainers and boy, they do make a difference! My arches are now fully supported and after 2 months of using these insoles I don’t even notice them at all, which is great. I bought a few pairs and fit them to most of my shoes. Another good product from Sidas.

Entoure bien le pieds mais n'est pas suffisamment épais pour amortir énormément les chocs. Plutôt prévu pour une journée de boulot où l'on marche pas mal mais pas pour de la rando en montagne.
