I'll start with the negative. I think they are overpriced for a name I've never heard of. I've seen big brand names half the price of this so whether these are good value, I don't know. What I do know is that now I've used them, I ain't parting with them. Took out a pan, fried some chicken, added my sauce and threw it into the oven. Thirty minutes later, supper is ready. Out the oven and into a plate the contents went with, get this, NO sticking. Nothing stuck to the pan like happens with other cookware. I'm impressed. The pans are aluminium with what looks like an enamel finish. Think the posh French brand but without the weight. These are lightweight, and they heat up quickly. I've a ceramic cob and they work a great on there. Very responsive to temperature change. You do get a fair bit of kit for your money but with thinks like the lids being made out of flat glass rather than curved, smacks of cheapness. Not to be put off though they do feel a quality piece and cook well. said before though, you ain't getting them back, on no! I expect years of use and abuse out of them. A very nice set, missus.

This is a very different and unique design of pans. I always used to question if the handles could be removed from the pan as we'd have some leftover food and would be tempted to place the pan straight in the fridge, had the pan handle not be in the way.Seems Redchef had been listening and have now built this. It's a little strange holding onto a handle that you can attach and detach and it feels like it could fall or pop off, but it seems to sit quite secure. How many years, no idea and only time will tell.Over to the quality of the pans, there is no questioning on how well these have been made, totally attention to detail and very pleased with these. I've only used one ceramic pan and this will be a new set that of pans where I can start to explore how good they are.I've tested these on cooking an omlette and wow, it simply glides, it certainly is a non-stick pan, or pans.I've been told that ceramic is delicate so need to learn how to cook in not so aggressive manner

This is a very compact set , that definitely saves on cupboard space and would make a good choice set for caravans , campervans, small kitchens. The detachable handles means you can use the pans in the oven without the handles which may suit smaller ovens or the 5 various sized pans can be used on the hobs attaching and reattaching the handles , I find they are not always really smooth to take off during cooking but attaching before placing onto the hob is OK.The pans are non stick ceramic, I like that you get ceramic friendly utensils with the sey too as to not scratch the coating , I definitely wouldn't use metal utensils but if looked after the set seems really durable with good functionality. They are not cheap , but the quality looks good , 5 different sizes pans for cooking sauces , curries, soups , the set is quite small so there's no really large capacity pan , but it packs away really small and takes up little space. It could be a good camping set for family camping trips , and campervan or caravan but could be a good all round pan set for small families.Quite a comprehensive little cookware set with a nice range of pans and utensils. Maybe a tad expensive., just my opinion.

Bought it as it was on sale. When I first opened it, the build quality and look were brilliant. However that is when it went downhill after one use of the pans the ceramic coating started to come off. Little dots appeared on the coating. Sadly was returned.

These pans are some of the best I've used when it comes to cooking and are so easy to clean as well. The material feels smooth and solid which also makes it easier to scrub since you don't have to worry about grime getting caught in a grainy texture. The build quality is fantastic, as they're really thick and durable; nothing has chipped or worn out at all, whereas other pots and pans would show markings within days. It does mean that these pans tend to be a little on the heavier side though. The non-stick does its job great and I've cooked rice and pasta without any burning at the bottom even weeks after daily use. They've been a joy to cook with.At first, I thought the detachable handles were just a gimmick and I wasn't too certain if I would get used to it, but they do actually make storage a lot easier; everything stacks neatly in the cupboard without handles getting in the way, and it also makes cleaning them easier since the handle isn't just pivoting against the side of my small sink anymore! That said, not being able to keep the handles attached while cooking takes some getting used to—if you're the type to shake and flip your pan mid-cook, it might feel a little weird at first. But once they're clipped on, they stay put. I even gave them a good shake just to be sure! They still have just as much hold even weeks later, but I'm curious how they'll hold up in the future. The lids are well-designed, with silicone edges and a spot for the handle to fit, although they let a little more steam escape than super-sealed ones due to that. Not a dealbreaker, and things still cook just fine, but it's just something to note.I'm very happy with these. They cook beautifully, look great, clean up in seconds, and save space.
