I use these tea lights in a lantern in my garden, to keep flying insects away. They burn well and for several hours, I have needed to use two on the longest days of summer if spending afternoon and evening outside but given the price of these I’m happy to do that. The scent is good and I don’t have a problem with insects near my drinks or food so I am satisfied that they act as a repellent. I bought a smaller quantity of these to try and the best recommendation I can offer is that I came back to buy more in a greater quantity.

will not last 4 hours - tealights last 4 hours, these are 4x smaller each so max 1 hour if that. overall not worth it.

Nop, this candle is too shallow. So it doesn’t last long, less than 15mins. I rather have less number of candles and have more depth like tea candles. I don’t recommend .
