No information regarding about what labels to order.Worst of all, no information as to how to stop this printer from over feeding the labels after printing

As no disc was provided to download it was practically impossible to find The link, but eventually after asking an IT specialist, we managed to download the installation. However, still no information to transfer old address book from a previous level to this new one, so had to manually make up a new address book!! Thought this was meant to make life easier, But I have spent days in this.

Bought this to replace my ageing SII 440 label printer. First, there was no CD in the box, I had to download from Seiko website. I could not import my existing addresses despite trying several different file types but the most disappointing thing is that if you type an address that has too many lines, or is too large a font, it does not resize to fit the label unlike the SII 440. I just found it totally a bind to use and have immediately returned it. The only plus points are a revised adjustable label feed and a fast printing speed. I will stick with my old SII 440.

Always use these printers, would recommend.

Excellent piece of equipment. Was very impressed that different sizes of label can be used.
