This was a repeat purchase for me. The Evolution Table Saw has a universal blade fitted, which isn't ideal for precise cuts in wood. The Saxton blades are specific for hard and soft woods, and depending on the 'teeth' configuration, they provide a very clean cut.

I have an older version of this Evolution Compound Saw (https://amzn.to/45u16JJ) and whilst I have loved the flexibility of the multi-material cutting blade, I am doing more work with nicer hard woods now and have really noticed the difference in cut with this Saxton blade. Very little tear out and no 'burning'. Fits the quirky Evolution bore perfectly. I may well try an equivalent blade on my Table Saw, or, given good impressions with this one, may try upgrading to their Professional version (https://amzn.to/3s0hwe3). Haven't scored for longevity since haven't used it that much yet - but in my research before purchasing I didn't notice any problems on that front. Will update review if anything changes my mind on that.
