Installation

  • Indicate with symbols the warning of hot surfaces.

  • Check that the machine or mould is at room temperature.

  • Holes with H7 tolerance only
  • Attach regulation and cutting systems (thermocouples and regulators)
  • Insert 100% of the cartridge's sheath length.
Do not insert the connection cable inside the hole Protect the cables and connection input from: shocks, splashes and excess material . Do not pick up or carry the resistor on the cable. Keep the cable away from the heat source and protected from it. Do not repair damaged cables Replace them with new ones identical to the original ones. Indicate and send the working conditions (vibration, shocks, humid environments) in writing before accepting the order. Never leave in operation without qualified human presence. All exposed parts are compulsory for the safety of persons and goods. Never connect outdoors.
