This Pixio Dual Monitor Arm is fantastic and really heavy duty. I’m waiting on my new monitor to arrive so I don’t have anything to mount it on as of now but it seems like it can hold a lot of weight and like it will be super stable. When I received my product one of the set screws was loose in the box so I had to pop it back in the part that it belonged so I am not really worried about that but be careful when putting your mount together as one of the screws may have been lost in the box. The base is super strong made of very tough metal and is pretty wide, it seems like it will be extremely strong and be able to support the weight of two heavy 27” monitors that I will be using it for. Also the packaging and setup seems super simple. I have had one of these monitor before, not by Pixio, and the base was really thick (not in a good way) and seemed a little difficult to adjust and put together. The Pixio stand seems really robust and looks like it will be able to handle a lot of use: moving around my monitors, taking monitors off and putting them back on, adjusting the weights on each arm. It just seems like a very well built monitor mount and like a really good investment. It has also cleared up a lot of space on my desk and seems like it will be a breeze to adjust the viewing angle of my monitors (since I have VA monitors coming). For gaming it will be nice to get up close to my monitors and if I want to push them back when I am just watching videos or shows on my computer, it will easily be able to handle that. Overall it is a really good choice for a dual arm monitor mount and seems like it will hold up to a lot of use!

This dual monitor arm stand has a simple good and construction. It feels durable with its metal body and yet not too heavy. The arms has flexible mounting options using either grommet or clamp and it held firmly in place. Putting the monitor arm together does not take long, about less than 2 minutes. For the whole monitor setup, it should take about 5-10 minutes max to complete. Installation on to the monitor is also straightforward with the slide out attachment mount. Its arm movement is smooth and holds monitor well, no slippage so far. This is a great space-saver, with nice hardware quality.

The monitor arm was great and gave no installation issues. The instructions were clear and easier to understand. Everything was outlined well and would recommend this to someone even if they have never installed a monitor arm before. Lastly, the quality is excellent and leaves a low foot print on my desk as a whole.

I ordered this a long while ago cause I needed space on my work desk. Being within the I.T and Technician side for so long, I knew I needed a sturdy, heavy duty, dual monitor mount that could be strapped to my desk. I got that and for the most part it works pretty well, with a minor hiccups.Putting the arms together was straight forward, the issue is that the screws it comes with a barely a full 1mm tall so they are easy to lose. The other thing is the instructions are extremely vague, with just a outline diagram, with no details, pointing at a certain part of the arms for you to put together.After that, the first arm was good. The one that breaks off left that is, the right sided one...that one would not not lock into place. I checked the manual, support which only told me to check the manual. So I did what I used to do and still do to this day. I took apart monitor holding portion of the arm and found out it was fully misaligned and not locked in. No biggie for me, but semi concerning for others who might have that same issue and can't fix it or know why it's doing it.After that, everything was mostly fine. It is a bit loose, but that is what I'll assume by design given it is meant to rotate all the way around to your preferred angle. Just wished it locked in a bit more consistently, but a quick nudge always fixed it.Now the major complaint I have is the built cable management. The back with the Cable holder, behind the mount itself. Is absolute garbage, as it doesn't lock into place it just rests on it meaning anything can move it. The other is the ones that run down the arm, as there is no space for any Display cord to have some wiggle room (DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, VGA etc.) If anything this was not built for them cause if you do run them, prepare for minutes of trying to hit an exact angle for the cover to lock in again fully.The back cover, also proved to almost have got my setup destroyed. It started rising up slowly due to me running a couple of longer cables up and under it like the diagram showed. I was very careful about it. Turns out it was rising up and then propped against my back wall barely enough to force and unalignment and now I have two freshly delivered monitor down on top of me with no help. Luckily my career path allowed me to catch them and think fast on dislodging the mount from my desk to save them.Even though there were a couple of niggles and a very scary situation taking place for expensive equipment, I still recommend this mount. It has an amazing build quality and easy setup, along with easy teaks like swapping monitors just be turning a switch on the back, to dislodge the monitor.Just don't use the cable management stuff, honestly you're better off Velcro strapping the wires to the arms itself and just loosening them when you need to swap or change something, unless you have cords that match a thickness of a Mini HDMI cable or thin monitor power supply plug.

Monitor arms were fairly easy to install and setup overall. Plastic trim pieces pop on/off the arms and are easy to secure monitor cables. The monitor brackets themselves are the correct size and screwed into the monitors just fine. The clips are plastic though that slide into the metal brackets in the arms that seems to cause a little 'slop' when adjusting.Once the monitors are installed, it is easy to adjust spring tension to prevent the monitor from rising or falling, and have them well balanced. There is a spot to hold the allen wrenches at the back of the stand so you don't lose them.Securing the base, is straightforward - clamping it onto the back of your desk with the black bolt and bracket, or drilling a hole thru your desk and using the longer bolt to connect to the silver bracket. I will say if you have a very thick desk top (like over 2.5" tall - or if there is some recess panel at the back of the desk) the black clamping bracket may not fit. Or if you have a drawer below the desk that has a thicker top, using the silver bolt and clamp also may not work.Because I have a very thick desk top with a drawer underneath, I ended up taking the silver oval piece, and ground down the longer sides a few millimeters to skinny it up so that it can slide into the base without hitting the edges, and then drilling two holes into the silver plate at the sides. I then made a 10mm hole in the desk where the bolt slide thru, and screwed that silver plate piece (dome side up) on top of the desk. With this, the base can now sit on top of my desk, and be bolted into the plate that is screwed into the desk.As for the arm lengths, they do work with 32" monitors side-by-side, however the arms aren't much longer to angle them or move them much more.I would recommend to know where you want your monitors located where you sit, and move the base and arms around to be able to get them in the position you want first. (with the clamp, you can adjust easily, but when drilling holes they cant easily be undone!) Also a cardboard piece the size of your monitor really helps setup.Overall they are working great for getting space below the monitors back. The only 'dislike' that I have with these, is the plastic bracket that goes between the monitor and the arm. While the bracket is holding the monitors properly, there is a bit of play when trying to angle the monitor up. You have to 'overextend' the travel, and then angle the monitor back down whenever doing this.
