Modern version of the original Edition from Durand . I like the accuracy

If you're an amateur pianist or use scores for study, and especially if you're used to the cheap Dover editions, you need to obtain these. Easy to read, beautiful, and edited by someone (Roy Howat) who really understands Debussy's life and music. A steal at $30 or under!

Eccellente edizione. La Durand, per Debussy, è sempre la migliore, stampato in una carta resistente, in modo chiaro e con una bellissima e raffinata copertina.

La durand è sicuramente l'edizione migliore quando bisogna studiare Debussy. Consigliatissimo se vi interessano i preludiL'unica cosa che mi lascia un po' deluso è la rilegatura, ma quasi tutti i libri musicali sono fatti così, quindi non è un vero e proprio difetto.

The binding is quite stiff, but the printing quality is excellent. A good purchase.

Great edition. However the binding is very unforgiving. I've repeatedly bent the book backwards on its binding but it still refuses to stay open when I play. I had to weigh down the pages with two heavy textbooks on either side, but even then it still likes to close on it's own.

Really good book!
