On the whole I have been quite impressed by this chair. It is certainly comfortable; easy to adjust and is very sturdily made. In fact, when it arrived I could barely believe how heavy the package was. It is moderately expensive for an office chair but given what it offers it seems fairly priced. It's looks might best be described as idiosyncratic and they may not be to everyone's taste but I quite like them.When going about the assembly I think the most important thing I can suggest is to heed the advice not fully to tighten the bolts as you go along. Leave them slightly under tightened so you have some wiggle room to align the remaining bolts. I learned that the hard way and was a little miffed to see the advice printed on page 12 of the manual when it really should be top dead centre on page 1.The assembly is fairly straightforward. I did it on my own but having someone else around might have made some of the tasks a bit easier. I think it took me about 30 minutes to complete the job.Another bit of advice I would give is to use your own Allen key. The one provided is fine except that it has arms of equal length and that makes turning some of the bolts a real hassle as the arm is too long to pass by some part of the mechanism. I switched to a more standard "L"-shaped Allen key and made life much easier.Now that it is fully assembled and in use I am delighted with it. It is very comfortable and is easy to adjust to individual requirements. I like how the arm rests can be raised and lowered and also that they can swivel in the horizontal plane thus making it unique in my experience of sitting on an office chair. The lower lumbar support and the head rest both add to the comfort.In conclusion, I genuinely like this chair. I have very quickly grown used to it and my old one will probably be carted off to the local local authority dump pretty soon. I like how it looks and how it operates and feel that it represents good value for money.

For years I have suffered with a bad back from having a prolapsed disc 40 years ago. I now have arthritis in that area so sitting at my computer was causing me a lot of pain. On receiving this chair I immediatly found it be be well made and very comfortable. I will always have back pain but nothing like I used to with my old chair. The new one adjusts to all my requirements and is exactly what I wanted. You always worry when you make a purchase like this but I had no need. Well worth the 5 stars in my case.
