These insoles are of good quality, and the instructions for cutting them to size are very clear. However, I found the cushioned supporting heel too soft, and it comes to the detriment of stability when I play squash, which is the primary purpose of my purchase. I am afraid of twisting my ankle when making abrupt changes of direction. I will have to swap them into other shoes I use for everyday walking, not running. If this manufacturer offers other arch-supporting insole models that don't have these cushions and a more rigid overall feel, I would try it.

Llevo utilizando otras iguales, por el puente duro para la rodilla,y de precio similar o superior y estas se ven de mejor calidad ,con taloneras a más a más.Las llevo unos días y muy bien de momento.Comprare más para ir renovando todas las que tengo,trabajo,padel,paseo,etc

I've been struggling with plantier fascitis for a while now, using insoles and strapping my foot up. With it still being so painful I decided to try insoles specifically for this condition.When I first received them I was worried they wouldn't work as they look so similar to my current pair, they looked too long and came with weird silicone heel protectors. I tried them anyway and after cutting down to size they feel very firm with great arch support. I tried the silicone thing, (which felt very strange but I got used to it quickly) and I noticed a great deal of improvement almost immediately.Having just finished a 10 hour shift, I can still walk (without limping!) and while it's a little painful/uncomfortable it's NOTHING compared to my old insoles.Value for money is superb, I didn't want to spend too much in case they didn't work but so far they have been amazing! Will definitely stick with this product and be using them again.

Great product helping heal foot with soles ,but like most sole cushion in soles pain to cut would be better if pre cut.The rubber heel inserts are a great but not sure which way to wear or different thickness if they where may help bit more.
