Il brillantino è talmente piccolo che è praticamente impossibile riuscire ad avvitarlo. La stanghetta posteriore invece è troppo grossa.

The piercing itself is really nice, but I had quite a problem with it. The screwable head is very tiny, and while I was wearing it, it kept going into my lip hole, which caused a wound and on top of it, I couldn't unscrew it for a few days , which caused lots of pain and bleeding. I can't recommend.

This is a good post that's true to size. I always opt for titanium over sterling silver as my body doesn't react to it. The end is pretty and nice and small and understated which is what I like. It seems well made and the screw top goes in well. Internally threaded is always better for your piercing so this seems like high quality.

The gem is so small I could barely hold it in between my fingers let alone twist it into the bar. I ended up dropping it trying to put it on and haven’t been able to find it!
