Our school has just switched over to using Surface Pro's in place of conventional laptops. That is good because you can input data from the screen like a tablet - but doing that needs an electronic stylus with the right software connections. The current "Platinum Stylus" costs an astonishing £99.99 from the official Microsoft Store - so I was very keen to test this Yeemie brand alternative at one-third the price.Here's what I found...Pros ✅ it came charged - but it seems even 5-10 minutes plugged into the USB-A port gives a day's work from it. There LED charging indicator on the pen body that keeps you updated on the battery charge.I found that for writing there was no lag in use. For careful science diagrams there was no lag - but if you "scribble" really fast (as in shading a "pencil" drawin), it could lag or skip.The "eraser" function works well - it takes a bit of learning curve to be able to do this by feel but I soon got the hang of it. The same goes for the "right-click functions".The pen is made of plastic - but it is magnetic so sticks to the computer to stop it rolling off the desk.a quick search on Amazon for "stylus microsoft surface pro" showed the price was much the same as the other offerrings; but they often had 100s of reviews posted.Cons ❌ You get 3 spare "nibs" with the stylus. I checked the Yeemie store on Amazon - and they have no spares to sell (when I checked in June 2024). How long do the nibs last? I'll find out as I use it and come back and change my review if they don't last me a school year. The big risk is dropping it nib-first on the floor - so make use of those magnets!Do read the advert - not all Surface-Pro's work with all styluses!OVERALL - I like this - and would be happy to get it again.It came well packed inside a cardboard box - inside a sturdy Amazon cardboard box. Delivery was quick - it came the next day which is great service.If this fails inside 2 years I will be back to update my review.

Product review for "Stylus Pen for Microsoft Surface - 4096 Tilt Pressure+Touchscreen Pen Cap+75 Day Battery Life"This pen comes with 3 spare tips and a USB-A to USB-C power cable. The pen worked well with my Surface tablet. For my usage (e.g. on slides for presentations) this pen works well.I would recommend this if you need a pen for your device.Update ... so I added paper like screen protector on my tablet and now I like this pen even more. It writes better and more naturally than the original pen i got with the tablet. I was surprised and am glad I got it. I was originally going to use it as a backup pen but for writing notes in a note app this one works better.

This pen works just like the original one I purchased. Nice that we get some extra pen tips and the pen has a charging chord. It is very light compared to the original pen that came with the Surface Pro.
