The solder is fine, which is the main thing, but it's hard to use because the syringe plunger doesn't engage in the syringe.. had to glue it in place.

Does the job and it's got plenty of quantity to use for plenty of repairs.

Never reflow soldered before, so soldering a fine pitched BGA package seems like a good frist choice.Unfortunately i didn't have a stencil nor BGA balls to reball. So i used this paste.Unsoldered the broken BGA chip with my heatgun, cleaned the board with my soldering iron and some copper wick.Then just added an amount i though looks good to the board and heated it on a hotplate set to 175°C The cool thing: The existing solder does not seem to melt at that temperature, however this one here does as it has a pretty low melting point.I added some Flux, then i used my soldering iron to spread arround the solder to pads which didn't look like they had enough solder on them / made sure they all looks pretty identical.Then i repeated the same process with the new Chip (add solderpaste and ensure each pad has a littlebit of solder) -> In hindsight i should have done the chip first, as i had to heat the board twice this way..Then i reheated the board till the solder on the pads looked wet again, added some flux and place the new chip on top of the pads.. After ~5 seconds the chip "snapped" into place. pressed it down multiple times with tweezers (not sure if this hurt things by re-distributing solder unevenly though).Then i carefully removed the board from the hotplate.And what should i say: It just works! Every pin is connected!Never solder such tiny things before, the smallest thing i soldered before was a 1206 resistor (large SMD resistor).

Même mon fils de 9ans l'utilise sans problème... seringue a avoir dans la mallette de soudure composant. J'ai soudé des les sur carte mère, led SMD sur carte compteur auto, refait quelque micro-soudure d'un CCC de bmw e60 etc.. vraiment parfait et très économique

Lo uso per saldature di precisione e la temperatura bassa aiuta moltissimo.Consigliato.

Salve,Comoda per fare quelle piccole saldature che a mano non si riesce. Astuccio sigillato con tutto L occorrente per fare il suo dovere. Davvero comodo e rapido e pronto all uso.

Fa bene il suo lavoro, fonde a temperatura molto bassa, ed è vantaggioso, dopo l'utilizzo consiglio di conservare in frigorifero, o almeno a temperatura bassa sotto i 10 gradi
