J'ai demandé à tester cet article pour essayer de combattre mes problèmes de canal carpien (déjà opérés !) et de doigt à ressaut.Livraison minimale l'article dans un sachet puis dans un carton un point c'est tout. Pas de notice ni d'exemple d'exercices...Donc commentaire minimal : agréable au toucher...

I have the massage grip ball in deep blue and the 10lb version.The spiky ball came with a wrist strap and a separate finger strengthener. The ball is covered in multiple spikes. The finger strengthener has five finger sections each joined to the main central circle by two thin strips as in the picture online. Time will tell how strong these are as on first inspection they don't appear to be immensely strong but they are quite stretchy and work my fingers well. Meaning you can work to improve both your gripping and ungripping movement.Recovering from a hand injury and wanting to build up strength, I wanted to try something different. The size of the ball is ok but I wouldn't want it any bigger. Possibly it may suit a male or larger hand better. It can also be used as a stress ball and it can be washed. It gives good resistance and I can use it as an addition to the physio exercises.Overall I am finding it helpful and as it is fairly small it is portable and easy to take with me.

Having a hand injury, this has been great for helping me exercise and keeping the blood flow moving. The finger stretcher is also good for my physio movements. Great buy!
