The default red (hardest) springs that comes with the T-LCM pedals are too soft - you can press the pedal and bottom out the springs with the load cell only hitting about 76kg of pressure. I wanted to max out the pressure to 100kg on the pedals so decided to get rubber bushings that I've been using for years. The rubber bushings kept ripping apart every 6-9 months so I was replacing them and constantly adjusting the brake pedal pre-load (screw on bottom) to keep the brake pedal tight, as the rubber would start to wear down and fade. That brings me here!!!I got sick of the rubber bushings, so I decided to go back to springs, and decided to get these which are much stiffer and do not bottom out while having the calibration at 100kg in the Thrustmaster software.I use the blue and yellow spring as seen in the photo and its perfect. My brake pressure is similar to what I was applying with the rubber bushings, and I am actually finding more precision with these springs. The springs also make the pedal feel much more smooth since the springs are not touching the metal rod, where the rubber bushings would rub against the metal rod causing friction which I felt through the pedal.All-in-all, I am very happy with these springs. Some people here say they're too stiff for them, but they are perfect for me, as someone who likes a stiff brake pedal with less travel. However, I will say that the yellow spring (the softest) is probably ideal to dual up. I am finding the yellow+blue might be a touch too stiff, so I bought another single yellow so I can see if I like it better a bit softer for an easier press, and a little more travel. Double yellows should still be much stiffer than the default double reds, but they shouldn't bottom out so I'm hoping they'll be perfect.Edit: Double yellows is where it's at.
