Needed a new roasting pan for the Holidays and I found this one. Immediately when I saw it I knew it was the perfect fit. It's big! very roomy for a large turkey and its heavy duty! very well built and I can tell it will last for many years to come. I like that the material won't chip becasue it's stainless steel and I like that it comes with a removable rack and is dishwasher safe. Looks great, feels great! It's just a beautiful piece of cookware! Shipping was speedy too! Very satisfied with my purchase!

First, the large size of this pan sets it apart from everything else that I saw online. This pan is large enough for several half racks of spareribs, a large chicken or duck with the pan rack inside, or a turkey with the rack removed. The finish reminds me of the chrome on my Harley Davidson. It's a mirror. Second, this pan, rack, and lid are made of stainless steel. Please believe me when I say that I am sick and tired of "nonstick" pans that don't last, aluminum pans that corrode, and pans without lids that require foil. Third, the craftsmanship of this pan is top notch. Even though I generally prefer welded handles, the stainless steel rivet heads in the handle connections are expanded on the interior up to almost twice the diameter of the exterior rivet heads. This means the handles won't be separating nor even loosening. Well worth the reasonable price when compared to overpriced junk out there.
