I was hoping to use my new Normcore basket as soon as it arrived. However, as I saw in another review here, I was unlucky to receive a product that is clearly used and dirty. I don't think this is the quality one expects when buying a new Normcore product. Very unfortunate.

Normcore reached out to me and sent over a brand new basket with fast shipping. Amazing customer service! The basket received came in brand new condition and I have been using this everyday. Getting very good extractions.—————This is my first time purchasing a brand-new item from Amazon that arrived used. I did not expect this from a Normcore product, as they’re supposed to be high-quality. The portafilter basket arrived with espresso stains from prior use and the rim was misshapen, likely from the previous owner’s espresso machine. I’ve seen reviews for other products on Amazon where customers received used items instead of new ones, but I seriously did not expect this to happen with a Normcore product.

These do what you'd expect, they up the flow rate and deliver a quite uniform extraction.They are a little harder to clean and the top boarder is a little to big to use with sage/breville/gastroback models.It's a snug fit but works.What doesn't work very well is the standard dosing ring these machines come with.They appeared a littlebit smudged when they arrived

Con la cesta, no cierra como antes el porta en la maquina, el primer shot lo hice poniendo el porta con la fuerza de siempre y literalmente explotó, se fué directo al suelo el porta por la presión.Si se aprieta muy bien, todo sale perfecto pero pues si es apretarle mucho.En si, el shot sale perfecto, te recomiendo meterle un click mas fino a la molienda ya que si necesitas el café mas fino que con una cesta normal.
