The ring barcode reader is easy to use and I had no trouble setting it up.It fits the finger quite well and its weight is quite good, not like that of a much larger scanner than this one.I was able to easily connect it to the Bluetooth and the scanning capacity and ease is pretty good.In general, I think it is very practical, easy to use and I think it is a good investment if you want much more speed and convenience when scanning when making deliveries.

Very compact and works very well but the instructions booklet is in need of major improvement. I downloaded the full manual from the website (link provided in the booklet) and the set up was then very easy. Bluetooth connection was a breeze. It’s built to last a long while as it’s solid and robust. It’s ambidextrous and very efficient at inputting data as there is no lag whatsoever and no interruption. It’s very lightweight and so could be used for long periods of time without any issues. Reads barcodes really quickly and can be used across various systems - I so far tried it with Windows 10 and Android without any problems. This barcode scanner is relatively easy to set up although the instructions are very basic. You can find more detailed instructions online but I worked it out via trial and error. The Bluetooth connection worked fine and remained stable. The ring is comfortable and can be adjusted to fit your finger although it was too still too big for a couple of my fingers. I was impressed at how quickly I was able to scan a pile of items compared to my current more traditional barcode scanner. That one is so chunky that it is impossible to keep hold of it and do something else with the same hand. I love that I can quickly type something into my computer or move my pile of items to be scanned and don't need to put this scanner down. I think it is too pricey for someone who only needs a scanner occasionally as traditional scanners can be bought so cheaply now. However, if you need to scan items frequently it is a very worthwhile investment.

Instruction book could have been more clear, instead it redirects you to download the full guide if required to their website, but then have to search around to find the address.The device itself and the cable - Micro USB, along with a basic quick start book is included and works well after initial setup to scan the barcodes, as i was able to scan and add a collection of media quickly and easily to an external site that was already previously setup with another program.The barcode scanner is literally just to set up the scanner for an existing software or program, and realistically would take the place of a previous scanner, so that isn't actually included in the manual or instruction, so you would need to be able to set this up already. However the scanning ability of this is actually really very good, sticks on your index finger, using in right hand, your right thumb or in your left hand, the left thumb to control it (the top can rotate to function on either hand)the confirmation beep on or off, and whatever keyboard style you use can be easily set using the printed barcodes in the book to change this.The scanner can be used on Android / Apple or Mac / Windows devices to us alongside the software database or POS system you already have.Setup is via Bluetooth, and took me a few tries to connect, however this was being interrupted as i have an adblocker installed that prevented the connection, so if you also have issues, try turning it off to get it to connect.The name showing on mine via Bluetooth is RT CCD Scanner
